Geert Egger. Social Anthropologist and PhD in Education and Psychology. Based on his extensive experience within International Management and Organisational Development, Geert founded People in year 2000. Following a number of years as senior researcher, Geert has held managerial positions at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, Novo Nordisk and Telia Denmark. Geert is the author of several books, articles and cases, and serves as both teacher and examiner at Copenhagen Business School.

Anne-Mette Arnkjær has a business degree from Copenhagen Business School, majoring in Business Strategy and Change Management. Anne-Mette has numerous years of experience within all aspects of Human Resources from privately-owned international companies. Anne-Mette spent 14 years at Novo Nordisk, including a number of years as HR generalist supporting the affiliates worldwide. Furthermore, Anne-Mette has been HR Manager at DHL Worldwide Express, Denmark and HR Vice President at Dyrup. |
