Level two

As Level One and with the addition of one or more of the following elements:

  • Review of the company's rules and policies regarding board governance
  • Interviews with up to 12 individuals within and around the board
  • Comprehensive report with detailed conclusions
  • Recommendations for the entire board and its committees
