With over 15 years of experience as an internal consultant, manager, and director, he has specialized in Human Resources and Organizational Development, primarily within large international corporations such as DHL Worldwide Express, Novo Nordisk, and Fiat Group.
Troels has either been a member of or acted as a consultant to various leadership teams and boards, consistently focusing on optimizing collaboration processes and enhancing team cohesion.
Geert Egger
With an extensive background in international leadership and organizational development, Geert founded People in 2000.
Prior to this, he held senior positions at the Institute for Futures Studies, Novo Nordisk, and Telia Denmark, following a number of years as a researcher.
Geert is the author of several books, articles, and case studies, and he serves as a lecturer and examiner at Copenhagen Business School.
